 Todays write up from rehearsal 

15/5/23

Today we ran through the set list the order has been changed slightly I don't know if it is staying like that or that's just what we did today . we ran through London dungeon about half of it to warm us up a bit whilst Cameron was doing vocal warms up so they said . 

Then we ran through square hammer ,London dungeon ,join me in death ,pet semertary ,heaven and hell and they didn't want to rehearse my hero but we did as Phil said what needs rehearsing the most and we now have decided  to scrap for whom the bells troll because the song is too long again and to many parts to learn and we just wouldn't get it done in time so its not worth going up at the gig and embarrassing ourselves by forgetting it I don't want to do that so its best to scrap it and work on the songs we do have instead . 

Then we took a break and talked about the gig so we were told by Phil that group a are not doing it they are doing another gig on Friday two people from level 3 year 2 are doing a 15 to 30 minute set and some of my group said they wanted to go on last but the problem with that is we lose half the audience so there no one really there to see us so we have someone from level 3 year 2 go on first and then our group b will go on at around 8 ish so in the middle of the whole gig as the person before us will have got the audience ready and hopefully make them stay and it is better go in the middle we did that last time and we were told that our band name has got to be the history of horror as that's what the show is called instead of panic at the bus stop is what people form my group where going to call us . 

So after that discussion we decided to go through join me in death one more time and also square hammer as they wanted to figure out the ending so we did that was main it today .

What went well ?

We did a run through of the setlist sounds good happy with the way join me in death is going I played well and don't think there were mistakes i was told my solo is good and clear by Phil .

What could be improved ?

The only thing I would say about my solo is need to give it a bit more energy I think like last time when I'm Infront of loads of people I will really go for it and give it a lot more energy as you have people watching you and you want people to enjoy it and want to be good in font of people . 

We need discuss  in what order the setlist is as it keeps being changed and I don't want to get confident on the night and mess up on the song arrangement because I don't know what's coming next .
